  • 20% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by June 30th, 2025, whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee

  • 40% of the total booth space fee is due by July 1st, 2025 - Exhibitor is liable for 40% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee

  • 100% of the total booth space fee is due by October 1st, 2025 - Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
